12 Large, firm, ripe figs 2 pkgs Prosciutto 1 tub Whipped Cream Cheese 2 cups Cranberry, Cranapple, Grape Juice or Red wine
DIRECTIONS
Wash figs thoroughly. Cut off the stems and make a slit in the side. Pour juice or wine into a medium size bowl and place prepared figs in to soak for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours. If figs are extra large, cut in half and soak. Remove figs from liquid and spoon a dollop of whipped cream cheese inside whole fig or on top of halved fig. Wrap fig with a slice of prosciutto and secure with toothpick. Presentation - Place grape leaves on serving platter as underlay. Arrange Stuffed Figs in spiral patter from center out.
