find the Villa Toscana. Owned by local real estate agent Shari Potts, Villa Toscana is host
to the area's finest cooking classes and private events.
Savor the bounties of an estate where we grow a large variety of produce. Many of the
items used in our cooking classes are grown right here in our culinary gardens. Chef Dave
Collins creates signature recipes that tempt even the most discriminating palate. Join us at
the Villa Toscana for one of our scheduled events and enjoy an evening of top-notch
cooking instruction, food and wine tasting, or schedule Chef Dave to cater your private
event at the location of your choice.
Villa Toscana's garden, orchard and vineyard supply us with an abundance of different
fruits. Over the years Shari has worked to develop outstanding jam recipes using these
fresh picked, home-grown fruits. Made in small batches, these wonderful jams are now
available to you. Call for a list of our current jams.
